- Make your bed and declutter your space
- 3 minutes morning meditation
- Go for a walk
- Buy fresh flowers for yourself or a friend
- Listen to your favourite music list
- Put your phone away
- Write down five things you are grateful for
- Cook yourself a delicious meal
- Call up your loved ones and check in on them
- Think about 3 things that made you happy this week
- Be present, take time for yourself and allow a break, if you can schedule a meeting, you can schedule me-time
- Drink lots of water!
- Next time when you look in the mirror, tell yourself what’s beautiful about you
