I've been on a bit of a journey recently, and it's led me to think more carefully about where I want to put my focus and energy when it comes to my Life & Business in 2023.
I legit thought about writing this post for monthsβ¦ maybe even a year and it has been a long time coming β π ππ ππππππππ ππ ππππ ππππππ πππππ. Iβve been posting daily for the last couple of years, not to gain followers or go viral, but to inspire & motivate others, but this year I realised Social Media was never my thing and I only did it for the sake of it - it started feeling like a chore.

My life is SO much better without social media. I am happier. More content. More creative. Wildly inspired. More present. I have got so much time - time that can be spent doing things I truly love doing.
I am doing this for my one & only precious life.
I am doing this because I believe that what is good for me is what is best for my business.

My joy and my best work were never on social media. My best work has ALWAYS been in creating content that changes lives; blogging, writing books, podcasting & creating programs.
