90 days to 2023

Can you believe 2023 is about 90 days away?! In just three short months, we’ll be welcoming and ringing in another year.

“You have 90 days left of this year. Be selective of the people, projects, experiences and situations that you give your energy. Not everything or everyone is worth your time.”

This year has been my most intentional year yet. I’ve been very intentional about who, where and what I have given my energy to,  been more mindful in my day-to-day life, I’ve done things wholeheartedly and most importantly; I LIVED.

The most important intentions I set for 2022 were:

Surprisingly, I did manage to stick to my intentions and make them happen. What has been life-changing though, is working on myself, knowing what I need – and I don’t mean materialistic things, it’s more about being grounded and connected to myself, to what matters to me in the season of life I am in.

I’ve actually put my needs first; slow mornings every morning. daily walks, nourishing home-cooked meals, quality time with my loved ones, working on my personal growth, reading books, listening to podcasts, continuously working on simplifying my overall life by decluttering & organising my physical and digital spaces, simplifying my businesses and systems and so much more – I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS GROWTH and I am super-excited about what is yet to come my way!

I’ve spent hours journaling – gaining clarity, letting go of limiting beliefs, reflecting and reviewing, working on changing my mindset, focusing on my health and wellbeing and AGAIN; simplifying my overall life – this has been a big one for me over the last 18 months. All this required me to do the work – no money, no external validation, just Me, Myself & I – THIS IS, OF COURSE, ONGOING & A LIFELONG JOURNEY.
