Self-Care is what fuels you. If you do not stick with your routine this will make it hard for you to reap the results.
- Identify your self-care activities
- Identify how long you will spend on each activity (start with small pockets of time)
- Schedule all activity in your calendar
- Protect that time and do it
- Remember; something is better than nothing

These answers are the things that you need to focus on being consistent with because this is what you need at this point.
Your self-care needs can change, so if you have been struggling with this, that is a sign that things need to change.

TAKE SOME TIME AND CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF. What do you need?
P.S. I have a Self-Love & Self-Care Calendar that has been designed to uplift and hearten your every day of the year. It solely focuses on loving and caring for yourself, a gentle reminder to make yourself a priority in your own life.
