- Get 7-8 hours of sleep every night
- Get moving. If you sit at a desk all day, set an alarm every 45 minutes as a reminder to get up and move. Dance around. Do yoga or pilates. Run up and down the stairs 2 times. Stretch.
- Fighting fatigue? Instead of opting for a quick sugar pick-me-up, go for a handful of nuts, apple and peanut butter, banana pancakes (check out my healthy recipes in Soulfully Nourished), hummus and crudités
- Never skip breakfast! Even if you’re not hungry. Your body has fasted for at least 8 hours. Fuel it with nourishing food to set your day up well.
