What I mean by this is asking yourself how you are doing and then listening to the answer.
Checking in with yourself and assessing your needs helps you to pour into yourself so that you can pour into others. Oftentimes, we check on those around us but neglect ourselves. It’s beneficial because it can improve your mood, your energy, your relationships with others, and your productivity.
This tip might not seem like much or it might even seem obvious, but I promise you once you start raising your self-awareness through check in’s, the magic starts happening. This is the key to emotional well-being.
I have push notifications on my favourite apps that send me reminders throughout the day to check in with myself. I can’t stress enough how important this is!
