Whenever I book things into my schedule that bring me joy & happiness during the weekdays, I know I’m going to have a good week.

SO… Let’s stop counting down and only live for the weekends!

I love combining healthy & productive things with social time or time with my loved ones. Like running errands after work instead of on the weekends or visiting my family, and, of course, always making room for weekly self-care nights.
