MORNING

It doesn’t matter when, where or how you wake up you can take 3 seconds every morning to close your eyes (or not) and mentally say to yourself, ‘thank you for the day ahead’.

EVENING

It doesn’t matter when, where, how or how much you’ve had, you can take 3 seconds every night to close your eyes (or not) and mentally say to yourself, ‘thank you for the day I’ve had’.
