- What did I do today that made me happy or brought me joy?
- What did I do today that I could have done better or differently?
- How did I take care of myself today, physically and emotionally?
- What opportunities for growth or improvement did I encounter today?
- How did I contribute to the world around me today, and how can I continue to do so in the future?
Remember, journaling is a personal practice and these prompts can be adapted or expanded to fit your individual needs and interests.
