When we’re living in awareness, we’re being mindful, and that’s when we get to choose where we want to hang out… the past, present or future.
Now don’t get me wrong, even if the past or the future aren’t serving us fully, it’s okay to hang out there, to feel all the feels, to vent it out etc, the difference is, because you’re mindful, living in awareness, vs on autopilot, you get to decide how long you hang there…
I’m choosing more and more to hang out in each present moment… the present moment anchors me, it fills me with gratitude, where I see the beauty of the simplest things in life…. it also allows me to nurture the relationships with the people I love.
