Five things to remember today – Part 2

  1. Sometimes, the only way to truly be happy is to just let go and see what comes next. Be brave and have a little faith, you’ve got this.
  2. If you spend each day dreaming of a different life for yourself, this is your reminder to make a start, even if it’s small. Do something today that could change your tomorrow.
  3. Don’t force what isn’t meant to be. Some people, some things, are only supposed to be temporary.
  4. This is your reminder to be present. Stop living your life in a day, week, month, or year that hasn’t yet begun. Life moves far too quickly to be living in a time other than this moment. If you spend too much time worrying about the future (or the past) you’ll miss all the beauty around you right now.
  5. Starting again doesn’t necessarily mean you failed the first time. It means that you finally worked out that things weren’t quite right the way they were – that maybe they should have been better.
