Did you know this about journaling?

The most common benefit of journaling is that it allows you to keep track of your progress and write down your thoughts, but did you know that journaling can be used for so much more?

Journaling has numerous health benefits, including stress reduction, anxiety reduction, depression relief, improved memory, and immune system strengthening, to name a few.

Journals have evolved far beyond simply being a book with lines where you write; some now include quotes, while others include food and health trackers and the like.

I use a digital journal called ‘JOURNEY‘ and absolutely love it.

Do you have a journaling practice? What type of journal do you prefer – digital or paper?
