- Get outside for some fresh air… every day
- Screen-free time in the mornings when you wake up
- Journaling, get your thoughts on paper, it’s amazing how much it helps
- Unfollow the accounts that glamourise burnout culture
- Break up with alcohol (at least during the working week!)
- 7-9 hours sleep a day
