You’ve probably noticed an explosion of wellness solutions and products these past few months, and it’s great to see that so many people are finally taking their well-being seriously.

But you also don’t need fancy products and apps to level up your wellness. In fact, I deleted all of the wellness apps I had and I’ve never felt better. No more check-ins or constant reminders to log in.

It’s been bliss!

Some of my favourite wellness tools are the simplest:
- a beautiful aromatherapy candle
- a journal
- some breath work and yoga
- forest bathing
- a cup of nourishing drink
- comforting foods
- getting out and walking in nature
- taking the time to have a bath
