Wellness is the new luxury

You’ve probably noticed an explosion of wellness solutions and products these past few months, and it’s great to see that so many people are finally taking their well-being seriously.

But you also don’t need fancy products and apps to level up your wellness. In fact, I deleted all of the wellness apps I had and I’ve never felt better. No more check-ins or constant reminders to log in.

It’s been bliss!

Some of my favourite wellness tools are the simplest:

  • a beautiful aromatherapy candle
  • a journal
  • some breath work and yoga
  • forest bathing
  • a cup of nourishing drink
  • comforting foods
  • getting out and walking in nature
  • taking the time to have a bath
