Meditation
First of all… there is no wrong or right way to meditate, the aim of the game is to relax your mind. Struggling to still your mind, try lighting a candle, getting comfortable and breathing evenly in and out while you focus on the candle flame.

Journaling
A great way to work through your emotions, thoughts and awareness. Journaling can seem daunting at first, but once you get the hang of it you’ll wonder why you never started journaling sooner!

Self-care
This is the time you take for yourself, to level up your wellbeing, be it a bubble bath, face mask, yoga flow, dog walk… whatever it is that you love doing for yourself that fuels your fire.

Exercise
When you release those endorphins through exercise you’re getting a nice happy boost! A trick to exercise on those days you’re just not feeling it… When the thought strikes you to work out, count backwards from 5… when you get to 1 get up and do it, this trick makes sure that your brain doesn’t override your desire to exercise with the thought of staying cosy and comfy.

Education
It’s easy to stop learning. I’ve done it… it wasn’t great, and getting back into learning is hard! But when you get into the habit of expanding your knowledge you’ll also be expanding your mindset, and your mindset is a bit like a muscle, the more you work it out the stronger and more resilient it will get!
