6 steps to become the very best version of you

1. Love, Nourish and Support Yourself

When you love, nourish and support yourself you allow yourself to blossom into the very best version of yourself. You can not underestimate the power of the spoken word, and the power the words that you speak about yourself have on how you feel about yourself.
I dare you to stand in front of the mirror and read these words out to yourself. Learn how to love yourself completely, nourish yourself with beautiful and supportive affirmations, and support yourself by being your very own cheerleader.

2. Follow Your Dreams

When you are doing what you are meant to be doing with your life, you naturally become the very best version of yourself. You do not have to even try. You simply begin to radiate different energy. When you are following your dreams, you naturally experience happiness and fulfilment.
Do not waste any more of your life dismissing your dreams as mere fantasies. It is time to start listening to what inspires you, moves you, and sets your heart on fire. Ignore anything that is not in line with your dreams and set your focus clearly on what it is you truly want.

3. Focus on the Good Things

How you think is everything. You change your world by how you perceive it. If you focus on all the things that are not working, that are not great, that you do not have or do not want, then that is all you will see.
There is beauty everywhere and in everything, and we can only see it if we are looking for it. Focus your attention on the good things, the beautiful things, the gifts, the blessings, the abundance that surrounds you. Give thanks for all that you have.
Every person who is living their best life has learnt how to think in a certain way. Think in beautiful, positive and loving ways, and that is what you will see.

4. Give your Best to All you Do

Every time you show up to do something, give it the very best of yourself. No matter how small or menial the task, give it 100%. When you give your best to something, you naturally become your best. And you then attract more experiences which will help you become even better.
Every time you do this you are sending a sign to the Universe about who you are. Why not send a message which says I am amazing. Pour love into everything. Pour yourself into everything. Give your all. Use every experience as an opportunity to show the world who you really are.

5. Dedicate your Life to what You Love

Find what you love and do it daily. What you love to do, is a sign of what you are meant to do.  You can only express the very best parts of yourself when you are living in accordance with what you really want to be doing.
If there are parts of your life right now that you do not love, stop giving so much of your attention to them. Stop complaining about them or worrying about them. Start finding some things (even if it is one thing) that you can love about these situations, and then focus as much energy as you can on all the other aspects of your life that you do love. You cannot express the very best version of yourself unless you are doing what you love.

6. Believe in Yourself

When you believe in yourself, others believe in you. When you believe that what you desire is going to happen, then it does. When you have faith that everything will work out perfectly then it will.
What you believe, you create. In order to become your best, you have to believe in yourself. You have to back yourself.  You have to believe you have what it takes. You have to believe in your dreams.
Doubting yourself is the number one way that will sabotage yourself. Doubt dilutes your desire and destroys your confidence. So, start believing in yourself. When you believe you can, then you will.
