5 Ways to Show Up as Your Future Self

Showing up as your future self involves identifying who you want to become in the future and taking intentional actions to align your present behaviour with that vision. Here are some steps you can take:

  2. Identify your current self: Take an honest look at yourself and identify your current habits, behaviours, and beliefs. What aspects of yourself do you need to change or improve to become your future self? What habits do you need to develop or let go of?   3. Create a plan: Develop a plan of action to bridge the gap between your current self and your future self. Break down your goals into smaller, actionable steps that you can take every day.   4. Take action: Consistently take action towards your goals and make small changes in your daily habits to align with your vision of your future self. Remember that change takes time, so be patient and persistent. You can also take action by putting things in place for the future.
