This year I’m trying something different. I’m doing a year of 30-day challenges! Twelve monthly challenges are going to help me become more intentional about how I live my life.
There’s no better way to accomplish something than a 30-day challenge, not only are 30-day challenges a way to get you motivated but they keep you accountable too. They make it incredibly easy to accomplish your goals – especially if there’s a specific area of your life you want to focus on or you’re not sure what steps you need to take to make something happen.
The Benefits of a 30-Day Challenge…
30-day challenges are extremely popular and it’s not hard to see why. Helping us to accomplish something we’ve been struggling to achieve, 30-day challenges give us a quick win in a relatively short space of time. They work so well because there’s always an end in sight. You know exactly what you’re getting into from the beginning, how long it’s going to take and what kind of results you can expect to see at the end of it.
Long enough to help you get results but not too long that you get fed up and lose momentum, 30-day challenges are perfect for helping you to improve your life or make a change for the better. They’re also great if you want to try something new but you’re not sure if you’re going to like it or not. At the end of the month, if it’s not for you, you can just drop it and try something else!

So, what are good 30-day challenges to try? Well, it depends on what you want to do! Spend ten minutes on Google or Pinterest and you’ll find plenty of 30-day challenge ideas. Whether you want to:

Using 30-day challenges to improve your life…
This year I really want to be more intentional about the way I live my life. To be more present, have more fun, use my time more wisely and take better care of myself. And I thought what better way to do this than set myself a year of 30-day challenges! Twelve fun and practical monthly challenges would help me to declutter my home and mind, become more productive and live life more mindfully.
