Well, if you’re ready to level up and become “that woman” then you need to level up your morning routine. Try incorporating these easy steps into your morning.
1. Wake up at the same time… every day
Studies have shown that waking up at the same time every day is important for your health and will help you to feel less tired!
2. Light a candle
Something that either energises you or gives you some balance. Don’t use anything sleepy. My current favourite is the ‘Ultimate Fig Candle’ by Arran of Scotland.
3. Get moving!
This could be exercise, yoga, or just a simple five-minute stretch, but move your body and get those endorphins flowing.
4. Tea & Journaling
After you’re dressed for the day it’s time to sit down with a nice cup of tea and spend a few minutes journaling. I’m currently enjoying the beautiful Turmeric Peach & Moringa tea by @tipsontea.global – the perfect companion to my morning ritual.
