How will I take exceptional care of myself today?

Journalling is one of the most powerful tools I’ve used to transform my life.

It allows you to visualise who you want to become and how you want your future life to be, reaffirm your dreams and goals, and help increase your self-awareness of the thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back from achieving them.

Here are some journal prompts I like to use in my daily morning journal ritual:

  • What do I love about myself?
  • What is my proudest accomplishment?
  • What brings me pleasure?
  • What makes me smile?
