Anything external to you is circumstantial which is not sustainable for internal, real peace and happiness.

You know… the shopping, the travel, the recognition, the promotion, the vino & social, even relationships… and the list goes on.

Now, don’t get me wrong, they are all nice to have, and we absolutely need healthy relationships as it’s a biological need, but nothing will create an inner feeling of sustainable peace until you do your inner work of healing your triggers and patterns that are running your life.

Real internal peace comes from within when we are grounded, centred and living in the present moment.

A good starting point is to make a list of 20 things you’re grateful for – let it flow, whatever comes up, write it down – feel into them deeply.

Write another 20 things tomorrow, and the next day – and pay attention to how you start to feel.

Consistent action each day cultivates and creates a life of peace within.
