7 Ways to Connect with Your Inner Guidance

Connecting with your inner guidance can be a deeply personal and spiritual process, but here are some general steps you can take to help you connect:

  1. Create a quiet and peaceful environment: Find a quiet place where you can relax and be undisturbed. This could be a comfortable room in your home or a peaceful outdoor space. CHECK OUT: Create a Small Calm Space to which You can Escape
  2. Focus on your breath: Take a few deep breaths and focus your attention on your breath. This will help you clear your mind and calm your emotions.
  3. Set an intention: Set an intention for your inner guidance session. What do you want to learn or achieve? What questions do you want to ask? This will help you focus your thoughts and energy. CHECK OUT: Journal prompts to find the perfect intention
  4. Meditate: Meditation is a powerful tool for connecting with your inner guidance. Find a guided meditation or simply sit in silence and focus your attention on your breath. CHECK OUT: Creating your own Meditation Practice at Home
  5. Listen to your intuition: Pay attention to your intuition and any gut feelings you may have. Trust your instincts and follow your heart. CHECK OUT: Visualise Your Highest Self
  6. Journal: Write down your thoughts, feelings, and any insights that come to you during your inner guidance session. This will help you remember and process what you’ve learned. CHECK OUT: How to Create a Journaling Practice
  7. Practice regularly: Connecting with your inner guidance is a practice, and the more you do it, the easier it will become. Make it a regular part of your routine, and you’ll start to notice the positive effects in your life. CHECK OUT: My Best Practices to Live a Well-Designed Life
