Little things that will change your mood instantly:

  • Make your bed and declutter your space
  • 3 minutes morning meditation
  • Go for a walk
  • Buy fresh flowers for yourself or a friend
  • Listen to your favourite music list
  • Put your phone away
  • Write down five things you are grateful for
  • Cook yourself a delicious meal
  • Call up your loved ones and check in on them
  • Think about 3 things that made you happy this week
  • Be present, take time for yourself and allow a break, if you can schedule a meeting, you can schedule me-time
  • Drink lots of water!
  • Next time when you look in the mirror, tell yourself what’s beautiful about you
