90 days to 2022

Can you believe the New Year is about 90 days away?! In just three short months, we’ll be welcoming and ringing in another year. This year was better than last year as we were reunited with our loved ones despite lockdowns and restrictions. It has, however, flown by, Christmas only seems like yesterday, yet here we are – Autumn just started and we are slowly, but surely easing into the end of this year.

“You have 90 days left of this year. Be selective of the people, projects, experiences and situations that you give your energy. Not everything or everyone is worth your time.”

This year has been my most intentional year yet. I’ve been very intentional about who, where and what I have given my energy to,  been more mindful in my daily life, I’ve done things wholeheartedly and most importantly; I LIVED.

The intentions I set for 2021 were quite a few, the most important ones were:

  • Slow down and actually LIVE
  • Spend quality time with my loved ones
  • Learn to be more content in my life
  • Do more of what makes me happy
  • Make my health a priority
  • Simplify my home, digital space, and businesses =  Overall Life
  • Grow and evolve

Surprisingly, I did manage to stick to my intentions and make them happen. What has been life-changing is working on myself, knowing what I need – and I don’t mean materialistic things, it’s more about being grounded and connected to myself, to what matters to me – to live consciously, intentionally and wholeheartedly.

I’ve actually put my needs first; slow mornings (every morning). long walks, nourishing home-cooked meals, quality time with my loved ones, working on my personal growth, reading books, listening to podcasts, going to the movies 1-3 times a week (I invested in ODEON Limitless Pass), continuously working on simplifying my overall life, decluttered & organised my physical and digital spaces, simplified my businesses and systems and so much more – I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS GROWTH and I am super-excited about what is yet to come my way!

I’ve spent hours journaling – gaining clarity, letting go of limiting beliefs, reflecting and reviewing, working on changing my mindset, focusing on my health and wellbeing and AGAIN; simplifying my overall life – this has been a big one for me over the last 18 months. All this required me to do the work – no money, no external validation, just Me, Myself & I – THIS IS, OF COURSE, ONGOING & A LIFELONG JOURNEY.

So… My questions for you are:

  • How has your year been so far?
  • What worked/didn’t work?
  • What do you want to achieve in the next 3 months?
  • How do you want to feel as we embark on another year of life?
  • What do you want your life to look like?
  • How do you want to feel? How will this year be different?
