5 tips on how to build a life you don’t want to escape from

  1. Get clear on what you really want in life – what are your truest, deepest desires?
  2. Give yourself permission to want what you want – become a woman who is unapologetic.
  3. Be open & honest with yourself about what’s holding you back – what are you telling yourself about your dreams?
  4. Commit to doing the work to overcome your limiting beliefs, whatever it takes and however long it takes.
  5. Plan the life you want to live on purpose – put that life on your schedule & commit to showing up for it.
