MIND

  • Find a home for things you don’t use
  • Have a phone-free night
  • Rearrange something in your home
  • Try something for the first time
  • Plan a weekend getaway
  • Delete an app you don’t use
  • Organise your digital files
  • Create a new dish
  • Define an evening and morning ritual
  • Declutter a corner of your home
  • Take a mindful walk
  • Watch a TED talk
  • Create a vision board
  • Create a list of things that make you happy
  • Write morning pages

BODY

  • Eat a healthy breakfast
  • Take a long shower
  • Go for a long walk
  • Plan a colourful plant-based meal
  • Try a new form of exercise
  • Take a cold shower
  • Dance your heart out to your favourite music
  • Stretch for 15 minutes
  • Get some sun
  • Drink 8 glasses of water
  • Apply a face mask
  • Soak in a bath

SOUL
