A gentle reminder: If it’s been two days, two weeks or two months since you’ve meditated/journaled/worked out, just bounce back ~ don’t overthink it.
Bounce back *as many times as you need to*. It’s 100% OKAY (and normal, even) to fall off track, just get back to it (at literally any point). You get 0 returns on feeling self-shame for being off track, so please discontinue.
