How to reframe your mindset to stay motivated when the journey is tough

1. Journaling

Oh yes, I am a broken record, but journaling is a fantastic way to work through your emotions, level up your self-awareness and work through blockages you might have.

2. Strong self-care routine

Taking after yourself is imperative for staying strong on your journey, no one can hustle 24/7… that’s how you get burnout, so make sure that you include self-care in your daily routine, even if it is something as small as being mindful when you wash your face or taking 10 minutes to meditate.

3. Motivational speakers

This is cheesy, but really… it’s incredible what listening to just 5 minutes of motivation can do for you, especially if you’re having a bad day! Find someone who you can relate to or find inspiring, they don’t have to be in the same field as you, they don’t have to have been on the same journey, and what’s most important is that you find them inspiring.

4. Last but not least…

Vision boarding! Create a vision board, this can be on paper on online, but make sure that you have it somewhere you can see it. Look at this vision board morning and night and really try to feel and envision yourself in the scenarios and places you have on your board, feed your brain the information that this is the life you have, and your brain will begin to create neural pathways to your goals and you will begin to act and behave in a way that will carry you towards these goals.
