When you harness the power of positivity, it’s amazing the impact it has on your life. It makes every moment worth experiencing and every goal worth shooting for. By thinking positive, you just can’t help but be optimistic, even when everyone around you is miserable. As a result, you are happier, less depressed, and more satisfied.

I get a lot of questions from women asking, “How do you get into a positive mindset? How do you just shift?”
The answer is:
Daily, dedicated action towards your growth.
- Finding opportunities to challenge yourself.
- To tap into your higher self.
- To choose grace above the chaos.
- To choose strength over fear.
Being positive isn’t a switch we flip and forget about. It’s a practice – like a religion or a sport or a new skill we learn.
A good daily tip:
Ask yourself, what’s the growth opportunity in this situation? The sooner you can find it, the sooner you can shift.
“It’s all happening for you. Every last bit of it.”
Having a positive outlook is a choice. You can choose to think thoughts that elevate your mood, throw a more constructive light on difficult situations, and generally colour your day with brighter, more hopeful approaches to the things you do. By choosing to take a positive outlook on life, you can begin to shift out of a negative frame of mind and see life as filled with possibilities and solutions instead of worries and obstacles.
