Seasons change. The earth moves. Oceans push and pull. The moon waxes and wanes. What if we too were allowed to listen to our own rhythms? As we’re gently moving towards longer days, here I share 4 ways to feel more in sync with the cadence of nature.
- LIGHT – Soak up as much natural light as possible
- NATURE – Any time spent in nature at all can help your circadian rhythm and lessen anxiety
- MOVEMENT – The best time to perform more high-intensity exercise (to sync back your circadian rhythm) is the morning to mid-afternoon
- SLEEP – Sticking to consistent wake-up and bedtimes can help your body relax into its natural seasonal rhythm
