You can’t change a bad habit overnight, so when you decide on a habit you want to change list out the small changes you can make over time that will gradually take you to change the habit entirely.
Hold yourself accountable, tell a friend about the habit you’re changing or have a realistic date in mind that you are working to.

Having a clutter-free environment is so important when you want to build good and healthy habits, clutter can be a distraction and impact our mood negatively so clear it away.
Live for you
It can be easy to get sucked into the trap of thinking that everyone else is doing it so much better than you and that the habits of XYZ person are the ones to copy, but only you know you, only you know what is reasonable from you and if you get caught up trying to copy someone else you could be setting yourself up for failure.
