How do you start your day?

These are some of the habits I’ve started to incorporate in my Morning Ritual that has truly levelled up my mornings and as a result, my whole day.

Of course, it’s not always possible to have a “great morning” and that’s ok too. But when I do get the chance my perfect morning flows a little like this…

✨ I start my day by lighting my energising aromatherapy candle then it’s time to great the mat with some yoga. Following this, I make a cup of moringa, turmeric & peach tea and sit down for some journaling. Then it’s time to prepare for the rest of the day.
