I’m the last person to say that life is easy (read my story here). I don’t think that’s the case at all. But there’s one thing I’ve learned in recent years that changed everything; The way you THINK Determines the Outcome of Your Life.

It’s easy to give away your energy to things that do not support your life. I know this as I tend to do this from time to time. That’s why it’s very important to understand where you allocate your energy. Get into the habit of asking yourself the following:
“Does this (whatever you are doing/want to do) support the life I am trying to create and live? Is this something I want to bring forward in my life?”

Always remember to ask yourself whether things happening inside you and outside support your life or not. Then change the things that do not support you and keep focusing on things that help you to create a better life.
If you’re not where you want to be in your life – never let yourself believe change is impossible. Don’t allow your future to be limited by your age or your situation; stop being afraid of what might go wrong and start getting excited about what could go right.

The quality of your life is directly related to the quality of your:
- Thoughts and words
- Food and supplements
- Rest and sleep
- Exercise and movement
- Purpose and play
- Relationships and connection
