  2. Clear one flat surface from clutter
  3. Create an inbox system for papers
  4. Clean out your closet
  5. Turn off notifications

  8. Don’t check email or social media until lunch
  9. Practice single-tasking
  10. Go screen-free after six
  11. Do one load of laundry, start to finish
  12. Write tomorrow’s to-do list before bed
  13. Choose 10 toys, kids’ books, or knick-knacks to donate
