20 ways to love your life this weekend

  1. Go for a walk outdoors
  2. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water
  3. Journal on 3 things you are really really grateful for
  4. Go shopping for organic, whole foods & try a new dish
  5. Clean & organise your one room in your Home
  6. Less screen time and more presence with your environment
  7. Open a window and let in fresh air
  8. Take a nap and rest when you need it
  9. Read a book about something you know nothing about
  10. Try a new veggie juice
  11. Take a yoga class in person or online
  12. Turn on your favourite playlist and turn it up
  13. Sage your space
  14. Treat yourself to a new houseplant
  15. Face time a loved one
  16. Put a new inspiring/motivational screensaver on your phone
  17. Create an outdoor oasis in your garden/balcony
  18. Wash your sheets & make your bed
  19. Try Wim Hoff breath work exercise
  20. Wear a robe all day on Sunday
