50 Ways to Raise Your Vibration

In the rhythm of life, we all have our own special vibes that color our days. But sometimes, the chaos of everyday life dims our sparkle. In today’s post I share easy tips to boost your spirits, light up your heart, and amp up your energy. Let’s take this journey together, reclaiming our joy, love, and harmony, one step at a time.

50 Ways to Raise Your Vibration
  1. Take a walk in nature
  2. Meditate in your sacred space
  3. Get a massage
  4. Read a book that inspires you
  5. Practice Yoga
  6. Eat high vibe foods such as lots of fruit and veg
  7. Create a vision board on Pinterest with all of the amazing things you’d like to achieve.
  8. Get up early to watch the sunrise
  9. Take yourself somewhere in nature and allow yourself to be barefoot. Stand still, close your eyes and take a few cleansing breaths.
  10. Do something that raises your heart rate
  11. Journal – write about your dream life as if you are already living it.
  12. Practice gratitude – make a list of all the things in your life you currently have to be grateful for.
  13. Take a bath with lots of essential oils and light a scented candle.
  14. Listen to music that makes you feel amazing.
  15. Respect your boundaries and allow yourself to say no to the things that don’t light you up.
  16. Have a reiki session.
  17. Go and get a manicure and or a pedicure
  18. Buy yourself some fresh flowers.
  19. Carry around a piece of Rose Quartz which helps with self-love.
  20. Do something kind for someone else.
  21. Declutter your living space
  22. Get creative and do some art.
  23. Stop watching programs that don’t make you feel amazing e.g. horror/thrillers
  24. Give without expecting to receive
  25. Write a list of ten things you love about yourself.
  26. Practice forgiveness – forgive yourself or others and let go of any negative emotion you are holding onto.
  27. Stroke a dog.
  28. Dance around to your favourite song.
  29. Talk instead of text
  30. Take slow, deep, cleansing breaths.
  31. Take a nap
  32. Daydream about your desires.
  33. Stop engaging in drama/gossip/bitchiness.
  34. Spend time alone to recharge.
  35. Cut down/out alcohol/cigarettes/drugs.
  36. Go to a crystal bowl healing class.
  37. Surround yourself with high-vibe people.
  38. Tell someone how much they mean to you
  39. Write a letter to yourself to thank yourself for how amazing you are.
  40. Spend the day in a luxury hotel – buy a coffee at the bar and watch the world go by.
  41. Test drive your dream car.
  42. Plan out your dream vacation as if you were heading on it next month. Get some luxury travel magazines and think about where you will go and what you will do as if it is
  43. happening.
  44. Throw away any clothes that make you feel less than amazing.
  45. Go and get a blow wave.
  46. Arrange to view a beautiful home, imagining that you are really in the market to buy it.
  47. Stop spending as much time with people who drain you or make you feel negative.
  48. Stop criticising yourself.
  49. Look in the mirror and tell yourself everything you love about your body.
  50. Stop allowing your fears to hold you back. Rather than thinking about what could go wrong, start thinking about what could go right.
