Is your mind full or are you mindful?

In this day and age, it’s very easy to let our minds be overwhelmed by information, and when we often stop to calm down we end up mindlessly scrolling through our phones or flicking through tv shows.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Of course, there is nothing wrong with a bit of a mindless scroll, but I would urge you to swap out some of these moments for a mindfulness moment instead.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The benefits of journaling and meditation have been extolled so many times, but you really will be surprised by how much your life can change when you switch to a mindful approach and not a mind full approach.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you are serious about levelling up your life, then levelling up your well-being is an absolute must.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And I know it can be daunting to know where to start, but that’s why I’m here to help!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Because like you, I often found myself with a mind full, overwhelmed and anxious, and then I realised that I needed to level up my wellbeing, and when I did that my life started to level up as well.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What are some of the ways you take a mindful moment for yourself?
