Self-Care is what fuels you. If you do not stick with your routine this will make it hard for you to reap the results.
- Identify your self-care activities
- Identify how long you will spend on each activity (start with small pockets of time)
- Schedule all activity in your calendar
- Protect that time and do it
- Remember; something is better than nothing
These answers are the things that you need to focus on being consistent with because this is what you need at this point.
Your self-care needs can change, so if you have been struggling with this, that is a sign that things need to change.
TAKE SOME TIME AND CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF. What do you need?
P.S. I have a Self-Love & Self-Care Calendar that has been designed to uplift and hearten your every day of the year. It solely focuses on loving and caring for yourself, a gentle reminder to make yourself a priority in your own life.
Make every day count and turn your already fabulous life into an even more fantabulous life! Let this year be the year that you fill your life with inspiration and let the powerful energy of positivity sweep into your life. You only have to believe in yourself!
