6 Steps to Plan a Staycation

Planning a staycation can be a great way to take a break without leaving home. Here are some steps to follow to plan a successful staycation this summer:

  2. Decide on your location: Consider what kind of activities you want to do during your staycation and what kind of environment you want to be in. Do you want to explore your own city or town, or would you prefer to stay closer to home? This will help you choose your location.
  3. Choose your accommodations: Decide where you want to stay during your staycation. You may want to book a hotel, rent an Airbnb, or stay with friends or family.
  4. Plan your activities: Make a list of the activities you want to do during your staycation. This could include exploring local museums and attractions, trying out new restaurants, or simply spending time relaxing at home. CHECK OUT: This year I’m trying something different

  6. Unplug: To really get the most out of your staycation, consider unplugging from your phone and email. This will help you relax and recharge without the distractions of work or social media. CHECK OUT: Disconnect to Reconnect

Remember, the goal of a staycation is to take a break from your usual routine and enjoy some time off, so be sure to plan activities that you will enjoy and that will help you feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
