Wellness
Your wellness is absolutely imperative for staying strong on your level up journey because when you let your wellness drop your mindset, drive and even your health can suffer!
Mindset
Mindset is something that is cultivated and it will change with time, but ensuring that you are in the right mindset to build the life that you want will make the journey that much easier.Β
Active Manifestation
It’s all well and good putting out positive vibes and good thoughts to the universe, but if you don’t act on your manifestations they won’t happen… sorry to be the bringer of bad news.
How do we level up these 3 pillars?
Wellness, Mindset and Manifestation are, thankfully, all things that we can level up, but it’s not always so obvious how to do it or easy to stay motivated to do it. This is where I come in. I’ve been through it all, burnout, weight gain and loss, a negative mindset and let me tell you, it was not fun. So how did I turn it all around?
