How are you showing up in the world?

Are you showing up with confidence and emotional strength?

Are you showing up with kindness and compassion?

Are you showing up bold, bright and beautiful?

You can choose how you present yourself to the world.

You may feel invisible, but that’s a reflection of how you feel inside, it’s a way of subconsciously hiding.

And while you may feel invisible, those around you can see you, so you’re not as invisible as you might think.

I know, because I felt invisible after losing my Mum to cancer and my divorce.

I felt invisible because the light within had shattered and all that was left was darkness.

Maybe that’s why they call it “the dark night of the soul.”

I wanted to be invisible.
I walked with my head down.

I wanted to hide from the world and not be seen, because I felt small and insignificant.

When we get bogged down with the baggage of past hurts and pains it dims our light.

Transformation doesn’t happen in a single day, it’s a one day at a time process.

You can start today.

Begin by making what I call an:

I Forgive List.

In your journal, write 27 times, I forgive ________ for _________(what you forgive them for.) Be sure to include yourself.

You’ll be amazed at how much lighter and brighter you feel afterwards.
