Embodying Gratitude

Lifestyle changes and regular practices that calm the central nervous system can turn inner chaos into inner joy.

Try embodying Gratitude – it’s my favourite daily practice first thing in the morning and the last thing at night.

Get off autopilot and start to notice things. You can stop and look for them, and then fully appreciate them.

Gratitude is a choice, and when you savour, absorb, and really pay attention to good things, more goodness will fill your life.

And, this is how you can start to create inner joy in your life.

Keep it simple and consistent – this is how we create real change over time x
