Hi, I’m Kiran, and I’m so glad you’re here. I was born and raised in Norway, but the UK has been my home since 2008. I’m a Multi-Award-Winning Entrepreneur, Lifestyle Coach, Vegetarian & Vegan Nutritionist, NLP Master Practitioner, Podcast Host, and Author.
I’m passionate about helping midlife women create lives they love during this transition.
I transformed my life from feeling overwhelmed, lost, disconnected, cluttered, confused, and fed up with living to a curated life filled with purpose, contentment, gratitude and joy. The journey was far from easy, but it was so worth it. I’m now living a life that I love. I’m passionate about my work, am the healthiest I’ve ever been and am surrounded by people who love and support me.
