If the last few years have taught me anything, it’s that midlife isn’t about slowing down – it’s about stepping into our power, rewriting our narratives, and embracing the life we truly want. This season of my life has been one of deep transformation, bold decisions, and unwavering commitment to my mission: empowering midlife women to reclaim their health, confidence, and sense of purpose.

I’m beyond thrilled and deeply honoured to share that I’ve been awarded Most Dedicated Female Health Coach 2025 – London by SME News!
This recognition means so much to me, not just as a personal achievement but because it highlights the urgent need for better menopause and midlife health support for women.
For too long, menopause has been misunderstood, under-researched, and surrounded by silence. Women have been left to navigate this major transition without clear guidance, without answers, and often without the support they deserve. My mission has always been to change that – to provide education, empowerment, and real solutions so that women can thrive, not just survive, during midlife.
This award is a testament to that work. More than anything, it fuels my passion to keep going – to keep creating, educating, and showing women that midlife can be the most powerful chapter yet.

One of the things I’ve learned through my own journey is that we’re not meant to do this alone.
That’s why I’m launching The Midlife Circle Meet-Ups – a monthly gathering where women can come together, share experiences, and support one another through the ups and downs of midlife.
These meet-ups will be a safe space for:

Making Personal Growth a Non-Negotiable
As much as I love helping other women grow, I know that growth starts with me. And this year, I’ve made personal development a part of my daily routine.
I’ve spent months:
- I am researching & studying everything from holistic health to neuroscience
- Listening to audiobooks on Kindle & Spotify to deepen my knowledge
- Using the Headway App to get bite-sized book summaries that keep me inspired on my daily walks
Growth isn’t about reading a book once or taking a course here and there. It’s about daily action, daily learning, and daily commitment to becoming the best version of yourself.

When I look back at where I was a few years ago – lost, unsure, questioning what was next – I barely recognise that woman.
Because midlife changed me. It broke me open. It forced me to confront the parts of myself that weren’t serving me anymore. And in that process, I rebuilt myself – stronger, wiser, and more determined than ever to create a life that feels aligned, fulfilling, and meaningful.
And that’s what I want for every woman reading this.
