How to do a mini inventory of your life

Set a timer for an hour.

Write these three lists:

  • What’s not working for me?
  • What can I do immediately about these things?
  • What can I consider doing long-term?

Take action on your immediate list.
Add future actions to your to-do list based on your longer-term list.
