Welcome to The Midlife Circle

There comes a point in midlife when you realise something important.

There comes a point in midlife when you realise something important.

You don’t need more information, more tips, more lists, more advice on how to optimise yourself into someone who finally feels okay. What you need is a different way of living.

You’ve done everything right. You’ve been responsible, capable, and strong. You’ve shown up for everyone and everything, often at the cost of yourself. And yet somewhere underneath the busyness and the doing and the keeping it all together, there is a quiet, persistent feeling you can’t quite shake.

“Something isn’t right. This doesn’t feel like me anymore.”

If that’s where you are, you’re not broken, you’re not ungrateful, you’re not asking for too much. You’re simply waking up. And you deserve a space that meets you where you are.

My story

In April 2022, my life looked completely fine from the outside. I had a beautiful home with huge windows and light flowing in from all sides. A gorgeous park four minutes away. A thriving business. Everything I had worked for.

And yet I had never felt more lost.

My daughter had moved away, first for college, then to Norway for a year, and for the first time in eighteen years of being a full-time single mother, I was completely alone. I had no one to cook for, care for, or organise my days around. And without that, I didn’t know who I was.

I had always been someone’s mother. Someone’s caretaker. Someone’s person. Without that role, I had to face the question I had been quietly avoiding for nearly two decades:

“Who am I, when it’s just me?”

The answer didn’t come quickly. It came slowly, in the silence, in the long walks through that park, in the mornings with no one to rush for. But it came.

The more time I spent with myself, the more at home I felt, until one day, without quite knowing when it had happened, I had come home to myself. Fully. Completely. Wholeheartedly.

That is what this space is built from. And that is what it is built for.

What The Midlife Circle is

The Midlife Circle is a paid membership and community for women navigating midlife with intention. It is not a course to complete, a programme to keep up with, or another thing to add to the list of ways you’re not doing enough.

It is a home. A place to exhale. Somewhere women come to feel seen, heard, and held, and to do the quiet, honest work of coming back to themselves.

Inside this space, we explore:

→ The thoughts you haven’t said out loud yet
→ The emotional shifts that don’t always make sense but are asking for your attention
→ How to navigate change without rushing yourself through it
→ What it looks like to build a life that feels like yours, one small shift at a time

Support flows across the five core life areas that shape how midlife actually feels: identity, health, relationships, purpose, and quality of life.

STEP INSIDE THE MIDLIFE CIRCLE

This is for you if:

Your life looks completely fine from the outside, but something on the inside has been quietly, persistently off for a while now. You’re exhausted from doing everything the right way and still feeling disconnected from yourself.

You want to feel more like yourself again, not a former version, not a future version, but the woman you actually are right now. You’re ready to live differently, but you don’t want pressure, perfection, or anyone telling you to hustle your way to wholeness.

What women say about this space

“You write as someone who has watched a whole generation of women pour their warmth into everyone else’s cup while their own coffee goes stone cold on the counter, and decided you are not willing to inherit that story.” — The Embodied Surplus

“You’ve written a piece that met me at the exact moment I needed it, with the exact question I needed to be asking myself, but hadn’t found the words for yet. Here’s to drinking our tea only hot and building soft, big, beautiful lives.” — Laurie Flynn

“I can relate to this loosening and letting go. Midlife opens the door to these realisations — feminine wisdom.” — Anita, Midlife Unfiltered

“Your grace and warm welcome to the platform really helped me when things felt hopeless. These are the times, and these are the people who make the biggest impact.”
— Nat Sang

A different kind of support

There’s no rushing here. No fixing. No becoming someone else entirely. No performance, no keeping up, no quiet shame for not doing more.

Just a gentle, steady, honest return to yourself, one reflection, one shift, one week at a time.

You’ve spent long enough living for everyone else.

This is your space. 🤍
