There’s a particular kind of quiet you only find in certain places.
The kind that doesn’t just settle around you, but seeps into you, softly, insistently, until you realise your shoulders have dropped and your breath has slowed.
That’s the quiet I came here for.
For the next 10 days, this cabin in the Norwegian countryside will be my home, my cocoon, and my mirror. It’s not just a change of scenery, it’s a pause button. A place where I can step outside the noise of everyday life and listen more closely to the woman I’m becoming.
These days will be about the little things that add up to big shifts:
Pilates in the morning light. Long walks under skies that change by the hour. Meals that are as much about beauty as they are about nourishment. Conversations that make me feel seen. And the kind of journaling that doesn’t just document life, but shapes it.
The Cabin Diaries will be my daily love letter to this season, part reflection, part record, part invitation. Some days will be light and easy, others may dig deeper into the shadows. All of it will be honest.
If you’ve ever longed for space to hear yourself think… if you’ve wondered who you might be without the constant hum of obligation… You might recognise yourself here.
So, come, sit with me in this quiet. Let’s see what unfolds.
