There comes a point in midlife where it is no longer enough to simply know what you want. After the honesty of spring, summer asks something more of you. Not pressure, not performance, but participation. A willingness to be here in your life more fully: to feel it, to enjoy it, to let it touch you. Summer is not just a season of light around you, but a season of aliveness within you. A return to pleasure, presence, and the parts of yourself that no longer want to stay hidden. Releasing on the 1st of June, this issue of Midlife by Design Magazine is about allowing yourself to be seen, by yourself first, and then perhaps by the world.
Inside, we move through the five core life areas:
- Health & Overall Well-being: reconnecting with your body through pleasure, energy, strength, and care
- Personality & Self-Discovery: expressing the woman you’ve become with more confidence, truth, and self-trust
- Relationships & Connections: creating space for relationships that feel nourishing, reciprocal, and real
- Purpose & Finances: building a life and livelihood that support freedom, alignment, and enjoyment
- Quality of Life: curating a season that feels spacious, beautiful, intentional, and fully lived
I’ll be releasing 5 articles during the first week, followed by 1 new article each week throughout the Summer season, so this edit opens generously and then unfolds slowly and rhythmically across the months.
Summer has a way of showing you where life is still waiting for you. Not in the grand, dramatic moments alone, but in the small, warm, ordinary ones too. This Summer Edit is your companion for remembering. Not a plan to perfect yourself, but an invitation to live more vividly inside your own days.
