How to be consistent with your Self-Care

Self-Care is what fuels you. If you do not stick with your routine this will make it hard for you to reap the results.

If you have not been able to stick to your routine, ritual or self-activities, try these steps. Take time to make what you are doing meaningful. There is a lot of information out there, but you have to do what works for you.
  • Identify your self-care activities
  • Identify how long you will spend on each activity (start with small pockets of time)
  • Schedule all activity in your calendar
  • Protect that time and do it
  • Remember; something is better than nothing

These answers are the things that you need to focus on being consistent with because this is what you need at this point.

Your self-care needs can change, so if you have been struggling with this, that is a sign that things need to change.
